Just as you would climb a ladder only step by step, you can practice affirmations in the same way. Gradually, your mood, outlook, and point of manifestation will shift toward the positive while still remaining true to what you are actually feeling right now, in this moment.

Take a Deep Breath

Rate your levels with each of the Reiki Ideals and then look up the corresponding affirmation. Repeat the affirmation out loud 10 times. You can use this as a tool to boost your mood in only a few minutes.
